To thank you for your trust, Happywool.com offers free delivery for purchases over €49! (*In Metropolitan France) We offer to deliver your order at home in Colissimo 3 DAYS outside of the Sale period. During sales, the estimated delivery time may be extended by 72h, or at one of our 4000 Relay Points. In-store delivery is free for purchases over €15!
Free in-store delivery for purchases over €15
Enjoy free in-store delivery all year round for orders over €15. For orders below this amount, delivery charges are €3.95. The average receiving time for your package in the store is between 7 and 9 business days, excluding the Sale period. During sales, the estimated delivery time may be extended by 72h.
Once your package arrives in-store, you will be automatically notified by email or phone call from the store. To find the nearest Happywool.com store, please check our Stores section.
Home delivery in 3 days
Eager to start your knitting projects? We strive to prepare your order as quickly as possible to ensure delivery within 3 business days in France. If you place an order on Friday evening, your package will be delivered the following Wednesday, except during Sales. During sales, the estimated delivery time may be extended by 72h. (For international deliveries, times may vary depending on the destination country.)
For orders of less than 4 catalogs, shipment is via standard mail within 3 to 5 days.
Delivery to over 4000 Relay Points
Looking for fast and flexible delivery? Choose delivery to a Relay Point! This service is offered for €4.95 with Mondial Relay.
If you place an order on Friday, your package will be delivered the following Friday. Once received, you have 14 days to collect your package. Products are only deliverable in Metropolitan France, Corsica, and only for parcels under 15kg.
They will be delivered to the Relay Point address provided at the time of ordering. For pickup, a valid ID is required. Without it, the ordered products cannot be issued. Discover the nearest relay point to your location!
It is the customer's responsibility to check the conformity and physical condition of the delivery in the presence of the Relay-Point merchant. This check can be done either by the customer or by an authorized person upon delivery. By signing the delivery note without reservation, the customer accepts the delivered products as they are and subsequently, no claims will be accepted.Customer Service

Satisfied or refunded
You have the right to change your mind! You have 60 days from the date of your order to return your products (in perfect condition and in their original packaging).
A few exceptions :Catalogs and PDF patterns are neither refunded nor exchanged.
Returns accepted within 60 days.

- By Colissimo: return costs will be at your expense.
