To thank you for your trust, Happywool.com offers free delivery on purchases over €49! (*In mainland France) We offer delivery to your home with Colissimo 3 DAYS outside the Sales period. During the sales, the delivery time can be extended by 72 hours, or to one of our 4000 Pick-Up Points. And delivery is free in-store from €15 of purchases!

Free in-store delivery from €15 of purchases

Benefit all year from free in-store delivery for any orders above €15. For orders below this amount, delivery costs are €3.95. The average delivery time to the store is between 7 and 9 working days, excluding the Sales period. During sales, the time can be extended by 72 hours.

As soon as your package arrives in the store, you will be automatically notified by email or a phone call from the store. To find the closest Happywool.com store to you, visit our Store section.

Home delivery in 3 days

Eager to start your knitting projects? We strive to prepare your order as quickly as possible to ensure delivery within 3 working days in France. If you place an order on Friday evening, your package will be delivered the following Wednesday, excluding the Sales period. During sales, the delivery time can be extended by 72 hours. (For international deliveries, the time depends on the country)

For orders of fewer than 4 catalogues, shipping is via regular mail within 3 to 5 days.

Delivery to over 4000 Pick-Up Points

Looking for speed and flexibility for your parcel delivery? Opt for delivery to a Pick-Up Point! This service is available at €4.95 with Mondial Relais.

If you place an order on Friday, your package will be delivered the following Friday. Once received, you have 14 days to collect your package. Products are only deliverable in mainland France, Corsica, and restricted to parcels under 15kg.

They will be delivered to the Pick-Up Point address specified at the time of order. For collection, a valid ID is required. Failure to provide this, ordered products will not be delivered. Discover the nearest Pick-Up Point to your location!

It is the customer's responsibility to make all checks to ensure the conformity and physical condition of the delivery in the presence of the local shopkeeper at the pick-up point. This check can be performed by the customer or someone authorised by them to receive the delivery. By signing the delivery note without reservation, the customer accepts the delivered products as they are, and no claims will be accepted thereafter.

You have the right to change your mind! You have 60 days from the date of your order to return your products (in perfect condition and in their original packaging).

Some exceptions:
Catalogues and PDF patterns are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
"Kits" can only be returned if they are complete:

  • Kraft packaging
  • Balls
  • Explanatory patterns
  • Accessory pouch
  • Needles (if ordered)

The return is accepted within 60 days. Any incomplete kit returned cannot be refunded.

Please also indicate your customer references (customer number, order number, invoice number) and specify the exact reason for your return.

If your return results in a refund, it will be carried out as quickly as possible, no later than 30 days following the receipt of your parcel in our services.

If your return will result in a reshipment of goods (error in preparing your package, quality defect), your package will be reshipped using the same delivery method chosen when ordering.
