It is also known under its trade name Happywool.com
It is located at 139 rue des arts in Roubaix (59100) and is represented by its legal representative, Mr. Eric Vandendriessche.
The following provisions establish the terms and conditions of sale of the products offered on the website www.happywool.com by S.A.S PP YARNS & CO.
These terms and conditions may be modified. The applicable conditions will be those in effect at the time of your order.
The buyer declares to have full legal capacity to engage and make his purchases for non-professional needs. Placing an order implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.
Article 2: Product Characteristics
In accordance with Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer can, prior to placing an order, take note of the essential characteristics of the products on the website (sizes, colours, compositions, descriptions, prices). These characteristics appear alongside the photograph illustrating the offer. Photographs may be altered particularly due to their processing. Therefore, colour differences may be noted between the photo and the delivered product.
Article 3: The Offer
Product and price offers are valid during their display period on our site and within the limit of available stocks.
Selling prices of products may be changed at any time. This change will be notified to the customer before the order is validated.
Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes and the included VAT is the French VAT. A contribution to transport costs is billed extra.
Prices include the applicable VAT at the time of order and any change in the applicable rate will be automatically reflected on the price of products sold on the site www.happywool.com.
Article 4: Order Process
To order you must create an account to allow us to process the order. We will communicate with you by email and SMS for order confirmation and delivery tracking. We may also send a satisfaction survey thereafter.
Data collected during your order may be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the legal prescription period which is 5 years.

Order acceptance and confirmation are done through a series of entries on successive screen pages detailed below.
- Add the chosen products to the basket by clicking on "Add to basket".
- Validate the basket by clicking on "Validate my basket" (viewing the order details and total price. You have the option to make changes if desired).
- Complete the required fields: delivery choice + entry of details.
- Choice of payment method, acceptance of the T&Cs.
- Payment by click / payment authorization requested from the bank.
Orders can also be made by phone at 0970823300, a payment validation link will then be sent directing you to our payment provider's page. After payment, you will receive your order confirmation by email.
The click serves as an "electronic signature" and is equivalent to a handwritten signature. It constitutes an irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the order by the Client. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by PP YARNS & CO on the Internet or by phone constitutes the proof of all the transactions made between the company and its clients.
Article 5: Payment
All orders are payable in Euros.
The products remain the property of the seller until full payment is received by the seller.
Payment authorization by your bank is carried out at the time the order is validated, while actual payment takes place at the moment of merchandise dispatch.
In the case of so-called virtual products, payment is made at the time of order and in the case of a mixed order (downloadable sheets and catalogs and physical products), payment is made at the time of merchandise dispatch.

Online payment by credit card
To ensure a high standard of payment reliability and security, PP YARNS & CO uses HIPAY, which has developed a solution, acting as an intermediary between us and our bank "Banque Populaire".
During order finalization and at the time of payment, you will be redirected to our payment service provider, PURSE, and will be prompted to enter your credit card number, card expiration date, and the last 3 digits of the visual cryptogram on the back of the card. To secure your payment, you will need to confirm your identity by entering a one-time-use code, generally received by SMS. These details are then transmitted by PURSE to HIPAY and your banking institution through a secure flow.
Online payment by Paypal
In the case of payment by Paypal, the Client with a PayPal account uses their email address linked to their PayPal account and their PayPal password. PayPal encrypts all information provided when creating an account.
Hence, no information other than the email address is communicated to PP YARNS & CO.
Financial and personal information is automatically encrypted upon sending any sensitive information to PAYPAL servers. For more information on the security of transactions conducted between PAYPAL and your banking establishment, PP YARNS & CO invites you to contact PAYPAL. In case of an item return, the refund will be processed as a credit back to the PayPal account used for the original order payment.
To ensure the security of transactions and in response to the concern of the greatest number to prevent fraud in distance selling, PP YARNS & CO may carry out random checks on order placements.
As part of a random check, the consumer will be invited by email to provide proof of domicile and/or identity for order completion.
In the absence of proof or if the documents sent do not ensure the identity of the order's author and the reality of domicile, PP YARNS & CO will be obliged to cancel the order to ensure the safety of online transactions.
In the case of shipment to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the concerned products. For products shipped outside the European Union and overseas territories, the price will automatically be indicated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be required in addition, we invite you to check this before ordering
Installment payment through our provider SCALAPAY
Installment payment is available via our partner SCALAPAY. Payment security is assured by SCALAPAY and its providers.
This payment method is subject to the Client's acceptance of SCALAPAY's Terms and Conditions or contract. The sale will only be considered final for PP YARNS & CO after SCALAPAY grants you this deferred payment in installments. Payments will occur on the day of the order after acceptance by SCALAPAY of 1/3 of the order amount, then at D+30 and D+60. Should SCALAPAY refuse, you have the option to pay your order by any other payment method offered on the site. Only SCALAPAY can inform you of the reasons for any potential refusal.
PP YARNS & CO is a third party in your contract with SCALAPAY; therefore, you must address SCALAPAY directly concerning your contract and your payment terms.
Only purchases between 49 euros and 1500 euros qualify for payment with SCALAPAY. Paying in installments with SCALAPAY incurs no fee. You will be directly reimbursed by SCALAPAY for amounts already paid for any return of an order you make and which is accepted by PP YARNS & CO. Partial payments with gift cards are unavailable with this payment solution.
Payment by Illicado gift card
You also have the option to pay for your order using a gift card issued by our partner ILLICADO. It is possible to complete the payment of your order with your bank card or your PayPal account.
The amount of your gift card purchases will be immediately debited from the balance. If items are out of stock after placing your order, you will be refunded the amount of those items. Article 6: Order Confirmation
Upon acceptance by the Bank of the transaction for online payment by Credit card, an order number and order summary will be communicated in a confirmation email to the previously provided address. The sale will only be considered final after the confirmation email is sent.

Only available products may be ordered.
Article 7: Order Archiving
Order forms and invoices are archived by the seller on a reliable and sustainable medium for a period of 5 years.
Moreover, in accordance with Article L 134-2 of the Consumer Code, the seller ensures the preservation of the electronic document that records the conclusion of the contract for 10 years when the contract value is equal to or greater than 120 euros.
You can access the details of your orders at any time through your Client Account under My Orders for 12 months unless the account is deleted by you or by sending an email via the Contact section.
Article 8: Delivery
Generalities
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process (delivery address) at the latest within the periods indicated on the order confirmation page before your final validation.
In case of a delivery incident due to an error in inputting your part on the delivery address, PP YARNS & CO cannot be held responsible and may refund the order upon receipt of the returned package (excluding initial shipping costs).
Regardless of the chosen delivery method, you have access to track your order in the shipping confirmation email.
During sales or Black Friday, delivery times may be extended by 72 hours regardless of the chosen delivery method.

Home delivery by La Poste or Chronopost
This service is offered at the following rates:
- France: €6.99 with a delivery time of about 3 to 5 days (mainland France).
- Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg: €8.99 with a delivery time of about 3 to 5 days.
- Spain: €10.99 with a delivery time of 5 to 6 days.
- Germany: €8.99 with a delivery time of 2 to 4 days.
For Colissimo deliveries, the Colissimo reference is indicated to allow you to track your parcel delivery on the site www.colissimo.fr
Delivery by La Poste takes place from Monday to Saturday.
In case of absence during parcel delivery, a delivery notice left in your mailbox indicates the steps to retrieve your package.
You have a maximum period of 15 days to go to your post office with the delivery notice to collect your parcel.
If you have not received a delivery notice, you can go to your post office with the Colissimo number and an ID card.
Delivery is free on orders over €49, only in mainland France and over €59 in Belgium, Netherland and Luxembourg.

Delivery to a Phildar/Happywool.com store
You have the option of choosing free delivery of your parcel starting from €15 purchase in one of the Phildar or Happywool .com stores in France or Belgium offered at the time of choosing the delivery method. Check the store list here
When choosing the delivery method "Delivery to Phildar store", you simply need to select the department or enter the postal code or city of your chosen store.
For deliveries in Stores, the mention "Shipped" indicates that the package has left our warehouses and will be available in-store at the latest within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
For this delivery mode, a shipping email is sent the day the parcel leaves the PP YARNS & CO warehouses.
This does not constitute information on parcel arrival at home or in-store; a second email will notify you.
Once your package is delivered to the store, it is available for a maximum period of 15 days
After this period, your package will be returned to us and a refund for the order will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. You will be notified by email.

Delivery to Relay Point (Mondial Relay)
Want speed and flexibility for your parcel delivery? Choose delivery to a Pick-up Point! This service is offered at the following rates:
- France: €4.95 with an estimated delivery time of approximately 4 to 5 days (metropolitan France).
- Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg: €6.95 with an estimated delivery time of about 4 to 7 days.
- Spain: €8.95 with a delivery time of 4 to 5 days.
- Germany: €10 with a delivery time of 3 to 4 days.

Products can only be delivered to mainland France, Belgium, and Corsica, and apply only to parcels weighing less than 15kg. They will be delivered to the Relay Point address provided during the order. For collection, a valid ID is required. Without it, the ordered products cannot be delivered.
It is the client's responsibility to perform all checks by ensuring the compliance and the physical state of the delivery in the presence of the Relay Point merchant. This verification can be done either by the client themselves or by a person authorized by them to receive the delivery.
By signing the delivery note without reservation, the client accepts the delivered products as-is, and thereafter, no claims will be accepted.
The Client has a period of 7 days to collect their merchandise from a relay point.
Delivery is free on purchases over €49, at a relay point in France & over €59 in Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg.
Delivery Delays
In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days from the delivery deadline indicated before order validation, you have the option to instruct PP YARNS & CO to deliver giving a reasonable time frame.
Otherwise, you can request the cancellation of your order and its full refund (goods and shipping costs). To do this, simply inform PP YARNS & CO by Registered Letter with Acknowledgement of Receipt to the following address, specifying your references (client and order number):

We will refund your order within a maximum period of one month and by the same payment method you chose at the time of the order.
If, in the meantime, you receive your parcel, you can withdraw your cancellation request if the refund has not yet been made or maintain it by returning the parcel according to the procedure detailed in Article 11
The return of products will be free of charge by the carrier MONDIAL RELAY. You will find a return slip to download in your client space.
Article 9: Legal Warranty of Compliance and Hidden Defects
Products sold by PP YARNS & CO to a non-professional client are covered by the legal guarantee of compliance as well as the warranty against hidden defects.
The legal guarantee of conformity covers conformity defects that arise within two years following delivery of the product you purchased. To avail of it, you must communicate the defect to the seller. Therefore, we recommend that you always keep proof of the product purchase.
In case of non-compliant delivery, simply return the products in their original packaging, indicating the reason for refusal on the delivery slip, and according to the procedure outlined in Article 11. If you meet these conditions and the product(s) are indeed non-compliant, we will refund the returned products in your order within 14 days to the same account used for order payment.
Article 10: Digital Content
Once the steps of the article "order" are completed, an email with a download link valid for 7 days will be sent to the client. They can also download directly from their account the Digital Content.
This digital content will be available for download by the Client as often as they wish and available in their account for a period of 12 months.
In case of damaged or non-compliant digital content, the Client is invited to contact Customer Service within three days following the download of the Digital Content. PP YARNS & CO is liable for the hidden defects of the sold goods under the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the civil code.
Absence of Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legal provisions concerning the supply of Digital Content services, the Client expressly agrees that the supply of the Digital Content in download starts upon order validation, i.e., before the expiration of the legal period of 14 days of withdrawal and the Client expressly waives the right of withdrawal. failed.
No request for withdrawal, cancellation, or refund will be accepted. The acceptance of the immediate start of the supply of digital content and the express renunciation of the right of withdrawal for this content are formalized at the time of validation of the digital content order. Article 11: Product(s) Return Procedures
Returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Any item not respecting this charter cannot be refunded.
Note, our catalogs, PDF catalogs, and PDF patterns are neither returned nor exchanged nor refunded. As for Mystery lots, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised once. Our kits can only be returned if and only if they are complete (Kraft packaging, Balls, Explanatory pattern, Accessories pouch, and Needles/Hook if the kit ordered contains them).

Postal returns will be made at your expense, PP YARNS & CO company does not accept any other return method.
In all cases, please kindly indicate your customer references (client number, order number, invoice number) on your return slip that you will find with your invoice.
General Return
We have made an error in the processing of your order.
If you notice an error on our part during the preparation of your package (items not conforming to your order, missing item…), please inform us by email via the "Write to us or contact us" section indicating your client references (client and order number). Upon receipt of your email, we are committed to processing your complaint.
You have not received your parcel.
Despite our constant efforts to bring you full satisfaction, we remain dependent on the vagaries of parcel delivery. If you notice a delay in the delivery of your parcel, please inform us by email via the "Contact us" section indicating your client and order number. We will conduct the necessary searches to determine the cause of this delay. If your parcel is ultimately lost, we will refund your order within 1 month.
You made a mistake in your order.
You can choose one of the three return methods available and indicated above.
You have received one or more defective items.
You benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects. We therefore undertake to refund products found to be defective and the cost of returning the defective items within a period of one month. Article 12: Right of Withdrawal

PP YARNS & CO offers a period significantly longer than the legal period since at PP YARNS & CO you have a 60-day withdrawal period to return your order in whole or in part, from the day of receipt of the parcel.

The interpretation or application of these general conditions or any dispute relating to an order will be assessed according to the rules of private international law.
