Article 1: ORGANISING COMPANY
PP YARNS & CO (hereinafter referred to as the "Organising Company"), a SAS registered with the National Business Register, SIREN No. 887 797 512, with a share capital of €2,482,000.00, whose head office is located at 139 rue des Arts 59100 Roubaix, is organising a game entitled "Wheel of Fortune" (hereinafter referred to as "the Game"), under the conditions described in these rules.
The Game will be open from 04/12/2024 at 00:01 to 19/12/2024 inclusive and will be automatically available for all visits to the website www.happywool.com.
The Organising Company will be solely responsible for any claims or actions made by customers who have participated in the Game.
Article 2: CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
This Game is open to all individuals who are of legal age and capable, without any purchase obligation during the Game period. (Hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").
To participate, Customers must:
- Go to the website, www.happywool.com, enter their email address, spin the wheel by clicking "Spin the Wheel," and place their order directly on the site with the promotional code obtained.
- Or visit one of the Happywool.com stores or a Phildar store in Poitiers, Herstal, and Rueil Malmaison, spin the wheel physically in-store and enjoy the reward directly at checkout the same day.
- Each Customer can play once a day every day throughout the duration of the game.
Article 3: WINNER DESIGNATION
The Customer will know immediately after spinning the wheel what they have won, by reading the message on the section of the wheel where the arrow has definitively stopped.
The wheel will be spun online or physically in-store. If the reward corresponds to a discount, the personal, single-use code will be valid that same day until midnight.
Article 4: PRIZES
Winners will receive one of the following prizes either in-store or online depending on the message on the wheel and determined by the fully immobilised arrow (the "Prizes"):

Material prize: small haberdashery items, buttons, skeins... depending on stock availability in different stores. These prizes will be given directly to the customer.
The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation and cannot be replaced by an equivalent prize.
Article 5: RESPONSIBILITY
Participation in the Game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
The Organising Company cannot be held liable if, due to force majeure, events beyond its control, or justified need, it is required to shorten, extend, postpone, modify, or cancel the Game. In such cases, it will keep participants informed.
Article 6: APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These rules are subject to French law and in case of a dispute relating to the rules, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
