Phil Chéri is a fine chenille-type yarn, very soft to the touch, similar to velvet.

Certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 class I (certificate no. 13.HTR.26003, HOHENSTEIN HTTI), an internationally recognized label guaranteeing the limitation of harmful substances.
Class I is the highest and means it is suitable for babies and young children up to 3 years old.
